11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any disputes, clients agree to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If we cannot resolve the issue through negotiation, we may proceed with mediation or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.

  • No Chargeback Policy: Clients agree not to file chargebacks with their payment processors for services rendered. If a chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate future services.
