Custom services (e.g., tailor-made strategies or unique consultation) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a consultation service before it has started (i.e., before your first scheduled session), you may do so, but a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs.

Once a session has started or any part of the consulting service has been rendered, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the initial consultation to address your concerns. We will make every effort to resolve your issues through discussion or additional services where appropriate.

No Dispute for Completed Work: Once services are delivered, and the client confirms receipt of services, disputes will not be entertained.
5. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are not allowed under our policy. By purchasing our services, you agree to resolve any dissatisfaction or issues directly with us rather than filing a chargeback through your payment processor.

If a chargeback is filed against a payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate future services immediately, and we may take legal action if necessary to recover any funds associated with the chargeback.

If you dispute a payment after receiving services, you will be required to pay a fee for the dispute handling, and we will attempt to resolve the issue amicably before any further action is taken.
6. Responsibility for Charges and Fees

Clients are responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred during the payment process, including but not limited to transaction fees, currency exchange fees, or processing fees imposed by third-party services.
